What Khidmi is
Khidmi is an intermediary platform that lists service providers in the UAE and lets you contact them. We do not perform the services ourselves. The contract and payment are directly between you and the provider, who is responsible for the quality of the work and any warranty.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown are indicative and come from what providers enter; they may change with the job and location. The final price is what you agree with the provider before work starts. Ask the provider whether the price includes 5% VAT.
Reviews
Reviews are moderated before publication. Misleading, paid or experience-free reviews are not allowed, and we may remove any review that breaks this rule.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, send fake or abusive requests, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or impersonate others.
Providers
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their business details and prices, and for holding a valid trade licence and any permits their services require in their emirate. We may suspend an account or remove information that is inaccurate or breaks these terms.
Consumer rights and limits of liability
These terms do not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection laws. We work to show accurate information but do not guarantee the site is error-free, and we are not liable for disputes between customers and providers, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
