Who we are

Khidmi is a platform that lists home-service providers in Saudi Arabia and helps you request quotes from them. The operator shown at the bottom of this page is responsible for your data.

Data we collect

Data you give us: your name, mobile number, the service and neighbourhood you need and your message when you send a request; account details (email and an encrypted password) if you create an account; business details if you register as a provider.

Technical data collected automatically: the page you sent the request from, advertising campaign identifiers (UTM, gclid) when present, and an encrypted fingerprint of your connection address (IP) used only to prevent abuse and spam. We do not store the address itself.

Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to sign you in and keep your session. We do not use advertising cookies without your consent.

How we use your data

To pass your request to the providers concerned and contact you about it, to run your account, to prevent fraud and abuse, to improve the site and measure how its pages perform, and to comply with applicable law.

Who we share it with

Providers your request concerns or whom you contact through the site; technical service providers that run the site (hosting and databases); and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

Your data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia by our hosting providers; we apply the safeguards required for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, obtain a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request using the details on the Contact page and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including password hashing, encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest update above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are aware of the changes.
