What Khidmi is
Khidmi is an intermediary platform that lists service providers and lets you contact them. We do not perform the services ourselves. The contract and payment are directly between you and the provider, who is responsible for the quality of the work and any warranty.
Prices and information
Prices shown are indicative and come from what providers enter; they may change with the job and location. The final price is what you agree with the provider before work starts. Ask the provider whether VAT is included.
Reviews
Reviews are moderated before publication. Misleading, paid or experience-free reviews are not allowed, and we may remove any review that breaks this rule.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, send fake or abusive requests, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or impersonate others.
Providers
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, prices and licences. We may suspend an account or remove information that is inaccurate or breaks these terms.
Limits of liability
We work to show accurate information but do not guarantee the site is error-free, and we are not liable for disputes between customers and providers, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
